Refund policy

Here at FANTASY FUN FACTORY, we understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. Your use of the FANTASY FUN FACTORY site implies your understanding and compliance with our procedures and policies. To make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect toy. If you need more information before making your purchase, contact us by email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please research and select your products carefully. To ensure the safety and health of our customers, because of their intimate nature, once items leave our warehouse they are considered used and may not be returned, even if they have not been opened. This is for the safety and peace of mind of all our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable. We never re-sell previously returned items because there is no way to know if they have been used or not. It is unsanitary to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final.

If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please let us know and our Customer Support department will work with you to to help you select a better fit for your next purchase.

COLOR & MEASUREMENTS

Please note that exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Very often, the color of your toy may vary from what you perceive on your screen. This can be due to a variety of factors beyond our control. An item will not be considered as "falsely advertised" if the color of your item is not exactly the same as the image we have on the FANTASY FUN FACTORY site. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual object. This is the most accurate information we have at the time a product is added to the site.

HASSLE FREE REPLACEMENTS

If your mechanical product becomes defective, your product's manufacturer may require that you obtain your replacement directly from them. We will refer you to the proper channels when applicable.  A refund or replacement of the same item can be issued if it's within the warranty period only. If you receive a defective product, email customer service with your order number & a description of the defect. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect. A photo is required in order to complete the warranty claim. You may need to contact the manufacturer directly. 

Please note that this guarantee covers mechanical failure only. Cosmetic defects due to misuse, overuse, wear and tear, acts of fate etc. are not covered by this extended policy.

Please reach out to the manufacturer for remedy if your product still falls under their warranty.

This offer is valid for orders that have shipped within the U.S only. International customers should seek remedy directly via the manufacturer.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return postage. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipment is at your expense. Also, we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.

Change of MindAll Sales are FINAL.  Items purchased, once the shipping box has been received and opened, items may not be returned or exchanged.


Because of their very personal nature, we are unable to accept returns. Many of our manufacturers offer more extensive product warranties when you register eligible products with them. We strongly recommend that our customers register all eligible products in circumstances where faults are covered by those manufacturer warranties.
